Ocean Reef Islands are the first residential islands built by men in Latin America. An exclusive community of only 137 lots that are currently being developed in the cosmopolitan City of Panama, in front of Punta Pacífica.
The development consists of two individual islands with the following characteristics:
Island I: 72 Lots – 10.3 hectares
Island II: 65 Lots – 8.7 hectares

Island I, The Exclusive Garden Apartments: (immediate delivery)
These consist of four modules of ground floor plus three, with only 7 families per tower. This project has two social areas, one in ground floor with a lounge, gym, children’s playroom, events room and an outdoor terrace with a pool; and in the rooftop terrace a mini golf course, a pool and solarium, events room and lounge area to what the sunset.
Island II, Waterfront Luxury Residences by GVI:
This project consists in ground floor + 3 levels, with only 4 families, and has a rooftop terrace with a social area including a pool, lounge area, outdoor kitchen overlooking the marina. We have one apartment available located in Level 300 of 491m2.
Island II, Ocean Villas:
This new residential complex, consisting of villas or private houses in the center of Panama city and with views towards the Pacific Ocean. Houses in front of the Pacific that range from 544m2 to 664m2 with three levels and a semi basement and three times view towards the ocean.
We have two types of villas, ones designed by Mallol they are approximately 544m2 and a starting price of 2M. We have other villas designed by George Moreno and these are 664m2, out of 6 villas we only have two available.
Any of the owners of these homes may reserve the right to rent for a specific period, any of the slips from the private residential Marina of the project.
