• Tenant Relations – We request references to warrant the well care of the owner’s property. Preparation of a Rental Agreement and coordination of signing with delivery of the payment of the Guarantee deposit plus the First month in advance, are secure by us. Tenants complains are solved quickly and effectively, we collect rental fees every month and in case of non-payment we look after eviction proceedings if necessary.
• Owner Relations – Panama Home Realty’s Team grants an open dialogue with owners regarding different subjects that complies to their properties.
• Payments and Repairs – We can make payments for the utilities of your unit monthly, and in case of a report, we schedule efficient repairs, negotiate with vendors and inspect the fixings in a short time frame. Panama Home Realty has reliable technicians that will guarantee repairs.
